Having operated at the project since 2007, Thiess is providing full mining services for Wahana, which is owned by Bayan Resources, including mine planning, environmental and water management, drill and blast, and mining and pit hauling services.
Wahana is a unique operation where Thiess is mining two adjoining mines for two different clients.
This project reflects Thiess' strong capability and presence in Indonesia, and its ability to deliver flexible mining solutions.
