Thiess Australian Mining Mt Owen 15 year Anniversary
"The Mt Owen Coal Mine Complex team recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. All 420 members received a commemorative Canterbury jersey, with 44 employees who have been on site from day one receiving a 'special' jersey.
In 1995 Thiess designed and constructed the mine infrastructure, including the coal handling preparation plant and rail loading facility, with the team officially starting coal operations in 1996."
