Addressing health and wellbeing in Indonesia

In 2024, we maintained health insurance for Indonesian personnel, including additional coverage for psychological and wellbeing care. In regions with limited access to professional psychological services, we have developed alternative solutions to ensure early access to mental health support.

This initiative has significantly increased service utilisation, with over 400 employees accessing support, and further growth is anticipated as the program expands across
all regions in 2025. We are also setting an industry leading example in Indonesia by addressing fatigue through the implementation and assurance of its Safety Essential framework.
With longer rosters and unique cultural expectations, we shared insights on managing industry fatigue at a local mining forum, demonstrating our commitment to safety and wellbeing.
