The Thiess Group Graduate Day is about bringing graduates together from across our business to connect, collaborate and learn from one another.

The day is designed to develop more than technical capability. Through sessions with leaders, insights from former graduates and interactive learning experiences, participants strengthen critical skills in communication, relationship building, health and safety, financial acumen, and commercial awareness.
