AMY Nominees and Thiess: A Lasting Legacy at Prominent Hill

For more than a decade, Thiess has supported the success of Prominent Hill, delivering mining services across feasibility, construction, open-pit operations and the transition to underground production.

A highlight of our journey has been our eight-year joint venture partnership with the Traditional Owners, the Antakirinja Matu-Yankunytjatjara (AMY) people. Through AMY Nominees, this partnership has created lasting opportunities for capability development, business growth and sustainable employment, culminating in AMY Nominees being awarded BHP's largest Indigenous contract.
