Last night, we celebrated the exceptional achievements of our apprentices and graduates at the 2024 Future Talent Awards ceremony in Brisbane.

There were some fantastic nominations this year, and we thank everyone for sharing their inspiring stories.

We're proud to present the 2024 Future Talent Awards recipients:

Apprentice Next Generation Award 
• Winner – Harvey Leonard (Thiess Western Region Maintenance Hub)
• Runner up – Cody Van Lathum (Lake Vermont)

Graduate Next Generation Award  
• Winner – Jacob Lau (Mt Pleasant Operation)
• Runner up – Tahlia Camilleri (Caval Ridge)

Apprentice of the Year Award – Australia East
• Winner – Brodie Hatch (Mt Arthur South)
• Runner up – Joshua Halliwell (Mt Pleasant Operation)

Apprentice of the Year Award – Australia West
• Winner - Cory Ellison-Judge (Eliwana)

Graduate of the Year Award  
• Winner – Rosalie Taylor (Thiess global head office)
• Runner up – Nicholas Xavier (Lake Vermont)
