  2. Submit the form below: Fill out the form, hit 'enter now' and you're in the draw!
  3. Be at the Thiess booth at 3.30 pm each day for the draw.

What can you win?

Two winners daily will each win a meticulously crafted scale model, valued at $500. It's a collector's dream and a perfect souvenir from the world's biggest mining expo!

Thiess MINEXPO Competition Terms & Conditions 

  1. Promoter: Thiess Pty Ltd (ABN 87 010 221 486), Level 5, 179 Grey Street, South Bank QLD 4101. 
  2. Competition Period: The competition will run daily at MINExpo from 3:30pm on 24th September 2024 to 3:30pm on 26th September 2024. 
  3. Eligibility: This draw is open to any individual 18 years or over, attending Minexpo, except for employees, agents or any third party directly involved with the administration of the raffle. 
  4. How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must be present at Thiess booth #5908, Central Hall, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV at 3:30pm, scan a QR code and answer the questions within the form embedded within the landing page and click the submit button. Entering the raffle is viewed as acceptance of these Terms.  
  5. Prize Details: Each day, two winners will each receive a scale model, each valued at $500. There are no cash alternatives.  
  6. Draw Details: The daily draw will take place at 3:30pm at Thiess’ MINExpo Booth #5908. Participants present at the draw will submit their business card, and one card will be randomly drawn to determine the winner. 
  7. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced immediately following the draw.  
  8. Prize Collection: To claim the prize, the person must be present in-person at the booth at the time of the draw. If they are not present, the prize will be redrawn. 
  9. Unclaimed Prize Draw: In the event that a prize remains unclaimed, a new winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
  10. Publication of Results: Images of the winner may be taken and shared on Thiess' social media channels, unless you specifically decline.  
  11. Privacy Notice: Your personal information submitted is collected so that we can administer this competition. If you do not give us your personal information you cannot enter the competition. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other party. Unless you specifically decline, we may use your personal information to send you marketing information about Thiess. You may request access to your personal information while it is stored by us and we will assess your request as required by law. Reasons will be given if access is denied. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the privacy officer of Thiess at privacy@thiess.com. 

Thiess Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. The raffle and these Terms are subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia and the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland Courts.
