Congratulations to the Thiess 2023 Future Talent Awards recipients

Last night, we celebrated the incredible achievements and work of our apprentices, graduates, scholarship holders and trainees at the 2023 Future Talent Awards.

There were some fantastic nominations this year, and we thank everyone for sharing their inspiring stories. 

We're proud to present the 2023 Future Talent Awards recipients:

Apprentice Next Generation Award 

There were two winners this year as our judges couldn’t separate two outstanding nominations.  

  • Winner – Angus Dodd 

  • Winner – Heather Clarke 

Graduate Next Generation Award  

  • Winner – Hayden Brownsey

  • Runner Up – David Fox 

Apprentice of the Year Award  

  • Winner – Elliot Seath 

  • Runner Up – Russell Rees 

Graduate of the Year Award  

  • Winner – Riley Norris  

  • Runner Up – Thomas Travers
