Wirlu-Murra joint venture, Solomon Iron Ore Mine

The joint venture brings together the strengths of Wirlu-Murra Enterprises and Thiess to deliver operational services at Fortescue’s Solomon iron ore mine in Western Australia’s Pilbara region.

Established on Yindjibarndi Country, the partnership supports local employment, training and business development opportunities, while contributing to the safe and efficient operation of one of Australia's largest iron ore mining hubs.
